This Aesthetic Intensive™ Certificate, offered in collaboration with Regis College and Aesthetic Mentor, gives clinicians in Boston and Massachusetts a clear, structured path into medical aesthetics through a blend of didactic education and real-world clinical experience.
You will begin with online, instructor-led coursework that fits around typical healthcare shifts, commutes, and call schedules—ideal for RNs, NPs, PAs, physicians, and dentists balancing hospital or practice hours.
Following the online component, you will participate in hands-on training sessions with real patients under expert supervision at our Boston clinical training site. These intensives are scheduled with flexibility in mind, with weekday, evening, and select weekend options so working clinicians from Boston and beyond can integrate the program into their existing schedules without disrupting patient care.
Throughout the program, you will receive close mentorship from experienced aesthetic providers who understand the local market—how practices operate, what patients expect, and how to safely deliver high-demand treatments. You will build confidence in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, facial anatomy and physiology, assessment and consultation, adverse events management, and the business side of aesthetics, all within a structured, supportive learning environment.
Support does not end at graduation. As a certified provider, you will have access to ongoing guidance and networking opportunities as you pursue roles in aesthetic practices and medical spas across Greater Boston or consider opening your own practice. From the first online module to your final clinical session and beyond, the Aesthetic Intensive™ Certificate is designed to meet you where you are—professionally and geographically—so you can step into medical aesthetics as a confident, competent provider.

This collaboration combines the academic rigor and accreditation standards of a respected institution of higher education with the specialized, hands-on expertise of an industry-recognized training organization.
Within this partnership, Regis College provides the academic framework, institutional oversight, and quality assurance that come with regionally accredited higher education. Courses are developed to align with current healthcare standards, evidence-based practice, and regulatory expectations.
Aesthetic Mentor contributes deep, real-world experience in medical aesthetics, led by Founder Joseph A. Russo, MD, a Harvard-trained, board-certified plastic surgeon with more than 30 years in practice. Course tuition is non-refundable once the training has been accessed. Once on-demand training has begun, you have agreed to complete the on-demand and on-location course in its entirety. No partial refunds will be considered.

No refunds or changes will be honored within 7 days of the scheduled course or clinic date. No exceptions. Cancellation or rescheduling requests within 8-10 days of the scheduled course or clinic date will result in a 10% cancellation fee.
