Aesthetic Mentor™ was founded by Harvard-trained, board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Joseph Russo, with the goal of providing comprehensive hands-on medical aesthetic training with a strong focus on safety and continuing education. His experience as a practitioner and trainer for the major industry brands, such as Allergan, Merz, Galderma, and Cutera, inspired him to use what he knows to show students how they can become providers too. He started the Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts in 2013, which evolved into Aesthetic Mentor™ after years of classes, lesson plan improvements, and team building.
Aesthetic Mentor™'s mission is to produce and cultivate safe, effective, successful medical aesthetic providers in the practice of non-surgical treatments, including injectable fillers, neurotoxins, lasers, and PRP rejuvenation therapies. Our curriculum and training model is designed to build your competence and confidence so you can get a job or start a practice early while concurrently building your skills. Our classes are led by board-certified plastic surgeons and a team of highly qualified trainers, most of whom have been in the same classroom and now have practices of their own.
At Aesthetic Mentor™, you will receive an unprecedented amount of hands-on experience unmatched by any other aesthetic medicine training facility. The student-to-educator ratio is never more than 2-1 and, in some cases, is 1:1. Our class sizes are limited, so each student receives individualized attention, and you can practice your new skills with confidence.

Course tuition is non-refundable once the training has been accessed. Once on-demand training has begun, you have agreed to complete the on-demand and on-location course in its entirety. No partial refunds will be considered.
